Milestones

2001	OuNet (Outsourcing Network) is launched. It is a group of companies with a mission to provide a portfolio of specialist outsourced services to its relevant market, i.e. professional firms, consultancy firms, investment banks, management offices and industrial, commercial and financial businesses.
	The Group acquires Lan2Lan, a company created in 1996. The company operates in Rome and Milan and boasts ten years of professional experience gained in the field of information systems engineering.
2002	OuNet launches Traduzioni. A translation service, with the objective of providing translation services in the legal, economic and financial sectors, as well as in the business and technical sectors.
2004	Giacomobono & Partners, a company offering administrative, accounting and tax consultancy and services, joins the OuNet Network. For several years, G&P has worked alongside numerous companies and professional firms in a modern partnership arrangement, offering assistance and consultancy on tax, corporate, accounting and employment matters.
2005	Ounet Soluzioni is created and combines the experience of the founding partners in management consultancy and in the development of customised software solutions for the management of commercial, industrial and financial companies, public and private bodies and professional associations.
	Lan2Lan is renamed OuNet Sistemi.
	The accounting firm Auditalia, which has been authorised by a Ministerial Decree since 1976, joins the OuNet Network. Auditalia boasts many years of experience supporting clients such as the ENI, IRI and Ferruzzi Groups, as well as having carried out business for multinational companies in the automotive sector such as Europcar and Hertz.
2006	Ounet Traduzioni is set up as translation firm that operates using in-house staff and a large network of freelance translators.
2008	This is the year that the new offices in Via XX Settembre 98/G are opened, right in the heart of the “City” of Rome.
2011	OuNet celebrates its 10th anniversary. The www.ounet.it portal has changed its look and now has a completely updated layout. New graphics, new navigation methods and, above all, a new approach and new contents.
2012	"Ritagli" is born, the monthly newsletter of the network OuNet. A press review on topics related to business consulting and outsourcing services offered by the Network OuNet Partners.
2013	Ounet Traduzioni has been certified to the ISO 9001:2008 for the provision of specialist translation and language services and to the UNI EN 15038:2006 for the provision of specialist translation services.
2014	OuNet launches the new business unit Credit Risk Management. The new BU provides consultancy services in the areas of credit risk management, check-up and optimization of sales and distribution, selection of partners for debt collection, credit management training.
	Ounet Sistemi has been certified to the ISO 9001:2008 for the provision of design, installation, operation, maintenance and service of IT Systems. Provision of specialist support services for Information & Communication Technology.
2015	Now in its fourth year of publication, Ritagli, the monthly newsletter of the network OuNet, has a new look gaining freshness and readability.
2016	OuNet celebrates its 15th anniversary. OuNet launches a new service of mediation and counseling in long-term vehicle rental industry, in partnership with Global Renting System, a leader in the industry and in fleet management.
2017	The network is expanding and the two Roman offices are unified in a prestigious and wider office, still in Rome Via XX Settembre, but at number 4.
	Ounet Gestione Credito is set up as a new firm, the BU launched in 2014 grows and evolves with its own corporate structure.
2018	Ounet Gestione Credito becomes a partner of Cerved Group. Thanks to this agreement, it provides their clients with consulting activities (Performance project) and training within the Academy business unit.
