Privacy Policy

Outsourcing Network S.r.l. (hereinafter "OuNet") has drawn up the following privacy policy in order to illustrate the methods used to manage the website, with particular reference to the purposes and methods of collecting, recording and using the personal details of users who consult the website, including so called "cookies" policy; this document refers exclusively to the website (hereinafter also "OuNet website"), as set out in the Sitemap, with the exception of the relative section to the company Ounet Gestione Credito S.r.l which has its own privacy policy (in Italian), and does not cover any other websites that may be consulted by the user via the links on the pages of the website.
The OuNet website is controlled and managed by Outsourcing Network S.r.l. (OuNet), which is the controller of the data collected on the website; the company has its registered office at Via XX Settembre 4, 00187 Rome (Italy).
OuNet operates in the sector of business consultancy and the provision of outsourced services, through the specific activity of the companies that are subsidiaries of the OuNet Group or that are affiliated to the Network "OuNet companies". The management of each branch of services is entrusted to sector experts who employ collaborators that work either in house or directly at the client's premises; there are no interruptions to the service provided in terms of time or space. OuNet's vocation is to develop the Network with synergic activities and to attract more partners who offer complementary services, providing them with opportunities for growth.
This privacy policy, which is aimed at those persons who interact with the web services of OuNet, is intended to meet the requirements set out in article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Privacy Code - and is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001, which was adopted on 17 May 2001 by the European data protection authorities (namely, the Group established by article 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC) in order to identify a number of minimum requirements for the online collection of personal data, in particular regarding the methods, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when the latter connect to web pages, regardless of the reason for the connection.

Navigation data
The IT systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this website acquire some per-sonal data during their normal activity the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communi-cation protocols.
This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified persons but due to its very na-ture it could theoretically allow the identification of users through processing and association with other data.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the computing environment of the user.

Identified cookies are not used for the transmission of information of a personal nature, nor are so-called persistent cookies of any type used, i.e. systems for tracking users.
The use of so-called session cookies (which are not persistently stored on the user's computer and which are deleted when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session IDs (made up of random numbers generated by the server) which are necessary to allow the site to be browsed securely and efficiently.
The so-called session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other IT techniques that could potentially compromise the confidentiality of user navigation and they do not allow personal data to be acquired such as to identify the user.

In compliance with Directive 2009/136/EC and the Italian Data Protection Authority’s Order of 8 May 2014 "Statement of simplified procedures for providing information regarding and obtaining consent to the use of cookies”, no explicit consent will be requested because no tracking cookies are used, only session cookies necessary for the correct functioning of the website and analytical cookies for statistical purposes in anonymous and aggregate form.

Optional nature of providing data
Apart from what has been specified as regards navigation data, the user is free to provide their personal details by email in order to request company literature, to make a job application by sending a CV or to join OuNet initiatives.
Failure to provide personal details in the above situations can lead, in such cases, to OuNet, or OuNet companies, being unable to follow up the requests of the users themselves.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this website, for example to send a CV, means that the sender's address will then be acquired – which is necessary in order to respond to any requests – as will any other personal details included in the message.
In particular, users who intend to send their curriculum vitae via the Ounet website are asked to pay due attention to the indications in this document regarding the processing of information about them that is provided in the CV sent. In particular, OuNet advises that the Privacy Code provides that sensitive data [i.e. data that discloses racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, membership of political parties, unions, associations or organisations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature or data that discloses one's state of health or sexual preferences] can only be legitimately processed with the written agreement of the person concerned; such written agreement is currently difficult to obtain from individual users of a website with the exception of specific methods (e.g. digital signature). For this reason, and because the company takes a lawful and transparent approach to the processing of information, we request that all those persons who wish to send their CV do not include in it any sensitive information. If consent should be required to transfer the information contained in the CV abroad, this will be sought during the general background interview.
In any case, and where necessary, specific disclosures and special consent requests are shown on the web pages of the various services on request.

Navigation data is used for the sole purpose of deriving anonymous statistical information about the use of the website and to check that it is functioning correctly; therefore, it is deleted immediately after being processed. Furthermore, navigation data may be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of IT crimes that cause damage to the website; except in this latter case, data about web contacts is not held for more than seven days.
Personal data provided by users who request literature to be sent about events or initiatives organised by OuNet or by OuNet companies, who want to make use of services offered by OuNet or, again, those who are sending their curriculum vitae, is used for the sole purpose of carrying out or acknowledging requests received and it is passed to third parties only in the event that this is necessary to fulfil the request.
With the user's consent, the data – with the exception of navigation data – may also be used for informa-tional and promotional purposes, using paper resources and electronic and remote communication means (e.g. electronic mail), such as, but not limited to, invitations to conferences and seminars or other events organised by OuNet or OuNet companies or by third parties and sending newsletters or updates on specific subjects which may be of interest to the user. The user may at any time object to this service by sending an email to the address

Personal data is processed using automated tools and for the period that is strictly necessary in order to achieve the purposes for which it has been collected.
Specific security measures are observed in order to prevent the loss of the data, the unlawful or incorrect use thereof and unauthorised access to it.
Processing connected to the web services of this website is carried out by OuNet staff, who have been appointed as processing "Agents " for this purpose, as well as by third parties acting as data processing "Managers" or Controllers in relation to the specific activities carried out.

The controller of the data obtained through this site is Outsourcing Network S.r.l., with registered office at Via XX Settembre 98G, Rome. The marketing manager has been appointed as the Data processing manag-er.

These firms, which are expressly in-dicated in the "Our network" page of the website may vary over time, due to the approach of constantly developing the services offered. Personal data given to OuNet is understood as having been provided for the purpose of being informed of all the opportunities offered by the Network; OuNet, therefore, in order to fulfil its task, is authorised to also communicate the data to the OuNet companies, which will process the data, exclusively for the same purposes, as independent data controllers. Failure to authorise the circulation of the data within the network could make it impossible to process the data.
A list of OuNet companies is available by clicking on the following link and from the Data processing manager.
No data from the web service is subject to dissemination.

Persons whose personal data is held are entitled at any time to receive confirmation of whether or not this data exists as well as the right to be informed of its contents and origin, to check the accuracy of the data and to request that it be supplemented or updated, or corrected (article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003).
